We are looking for a lead developer to take over the technical direction of a crypto/DeFi product. We need someone with a strong engineering background who understands not only code but also architecture. Responsibilities: * Product architecture design * Backend development in Go + frontend integration (TypeScript) * Working with blockchain infrastructure * Team management and technical decisions

Technical Stack and Requirements: * Go (Golang): confident production experience, backend service development * TypeScript: frontend development (Next.js / React) * Architecture: experience designing high-load and scalable systems * Blockchain: practical experience with crypto/DeFi projects * Leadership experience: team management or developer mentoring
