Lead Frontend Developer

Termgrid is hiring a Lead Frontend Developer for remote work. The platform manages private capital deals for funds, creditors, and consultants. Tasks include frontend architecture, stack decisions, mentoring, and code reviews.

Termgrid is rewriting the rules of private capital markets — a deal management platform used by major private equity funds, creditors, and consultants. Responsibilities: - Own frontend architecture: component structure, state management strategy, data fetching patterns. - Make and defend stack decisions, choose suitable libraries. - Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, set team standards.

Requirements: - Confident command of client-side routing (React Router): nested routes, route protection, code splitting. - Experience with a component library (they use Ant Design), including theming. - Active use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). - Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
