Termgrid is rewriting the rules of private capital markets — a deal management platform used by major private equity funds, creditors, and consultants. Tasks: - Own frontend architecture: component structure, state management strategy, data fetching patterns - Make and defend stack decisions, choose appropriate libraries - Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, set team standards

- Strong command of client-side routing (React Router): nested routes, route protection, code splitting - Experience with a component library (they use Ant Design), including theming - Active use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) - Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
