Lead DevSecOps / MLOps Engineer

Lead DevSecOps/MLOps Engineer at Agricultural Holding. Remote, full-time, long-term outstaff. Salary 270,000–280,000 RUB. Design AI/ML/RAG infrastructure, build DevSecOps practices, integrate AI with corporate systems.

Implementation of AI and digital transformation. The role combines technical expertise, architecture, and business analysis: you will design infrastructure for AI/ML and RAG services, build DevSecOps practices, and integrate AI solutions with corporate systems. Main tasks: - Design and maintain infrastructure (DataHub, AI/ML, RAG, chatbots, knowledge bases). - Develop DevSecOps: CI/CD, IaC, secrets management, vulnerability control, audit. - Set up build, test, and delivery pipelines in dev/test/preprod/prod. - Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, scaling, and cost optimization. - Gather business requirements, prepare specifications, define AI solution architecture with DE/DS/ML. - Integrate AI services with corporate systems.

Experience: 3+ years in DevSecOps focused on IT and AI solutions, projects in production. - Designing AI/ML/RAG infrastructure (LLM, vector DB, GPU inference, orchestration). - CI/CD (Jenkins, K8s, Helm), IaC (Terraform, Ansible), Linux, network segments (VLAN, DMZ). - Monitoring and security: Prometheus/Grafana, SAST/DAST, Trivy, Vault; knowledge of 152-FZ, 187-FZ. - Tools and stack: Python, SQL, JS/TS, vLLM, Qdrant/Weaviate, Airflow, MLflow, Keycloak, Dify/LangGraph. - Architecture skills: C4, UML, BPMN; integration with 1C, CRM, DWH, BI. Nice to have: - Building DevSecOps from scratch or developing practices. - MLOps/LLMOps: versioning, model quality monitoring. - Clouds (Yandex Cloud, AWS, GCP), DevOps/Kubernetes/security certifications.
