Lead Developer in B2B Settlement Products Team (Java)

DOM.RF seeks a Lead Developer for its B2B settlement products team (Java). Remote possible. Lead a cross-functional internet bank product team, backend Java/Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, Scrum.

Lead a cross-functional product team of an internet bank. Organize team work: participate in planning, distribute tasks, control deadlines and quality of results. Engage in backend development of Java applications on Spring Boot. Develop and improve the existing system based on personal experience and own proposals. Establish best practices and processes in teams to further improve the project level.

Experience developing systems with microservice architecture. Knowledge of Java Spring: Core, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud. Experience with Kafka, understanding principles of asynchronous service development. Understanding of Scrum in software development. Experience managing the development process in a team. Excellent knowledge and experience in organizing best practices for a microservice architecture system. Knowledge and experience in building processes and raising standards in a development team. Higher education.
