Develop visual concepts for 360° advertising campaigns. Turn a brief into a visual idea, assemble key layouts and campaign identity. Orchestrate the team's work: understand where motion, 3D, or strong graphics are needed, involve the right specialists to enhance specific elements. Present ideas to business and product, defend concepts, work flexibly with feedback, and bring projects to completion. Monitor the quality of visuals at all stages: from draft to production. Get involved in filming, working with contractors, and ensure external teams adhere to the brand style.
Have 5+ years of experience working in an agency or on the client side, have created concepts for 360° campaigns, and can show a strong portfolio with implemented projects. Practicing designer with strong hands. Proficient in Figma and Adobe, skilled in graphics and layout, can independently assemble the entire campaign concept from idea to final layouts. Understand how a brand works, can maintain a visual standard, and see the business task behind the visuals. Possess good visual awareness. Know how to understand the strengths of other designers and involve them at the right time. Can brief contractors and monitor the quality of their work. Can present and defend ideas, work with feedback, and bring intended outcomes to fruition. Independent, responsible, and curious.
