Lead C#/.NET Developer

Vital Partners recruiting agency seeks a Lead C#/.NET Developer for a product company developing federal-level software for information security, OS, and applications. Salary 280,000–330,000 RUB, office in Moscow, full-time.

The client is a product company developing software for information security, operating systems, and applied software for federal-level projects. There are 6 product teams, each with 10 specialists. Stack: C#/.NET, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Linux, Windows, C/C++. Responsibilities: - Development of services, utilities, and tools in C#/.NET; native ↔ .NET integration (interop/IPC/API) - Database architecture design (MS SQL Server + PostgreSQL) - Cross-platform development and maintenance on Linux and Windows - Technical leadership: code reviews, architectural decisions, tech debt reduction, reliability improvement under load - Design and development of modules in C/C++.

- 5+ years of commercial experience as a C#/.NET developer - 5+ years of database experience: strong SQL and experience designing databases under load - 2+ years of experience in high-load projects - Strong C#/.NET: async/await, Task, cancellation, concurrent access, diagnostics - Debugging and profiling: gdb/lldb/Visual Studio Debugger, crash, leak, and performance degradation analysis - MS SQL Server (Windows and Linux) and PostgreSQL: indexes, query plans, transactions, isolation levels, locks, and deadlocks - 5+ years of development, build, and diagnostics experience on Linux and Windows - Basic cryptography: distinguish hash/encryption/MAC/signature, understand primitive purposes and common usage errors - Advantage: commercial C/C++ development experience (memory management, RAII, multithreading, synchronization, network and IO tasks), experience in information security projects.
