Lead Analyst in Crooto

Lead Analyst for a gaming company: analyze player behavior, build product analytics from scratch, conduct A/B tests, predictive analytics, and infrastructure development. Remote worldwide, individual salary.

Tasks: - Analyze player behavior and find growth points for the product. - Determine which data, metrics, and dimensions are needed to evaluate the product and build a product analytics system in the company. - Build dashboards, reports, data marts, and monitoring systems from scratch to meet team and business needs; if the right tool is missing, create it yourself. - Conduct A/B tests from design to result evaluation. - Engage in research: market, competitors, game mechanics, monetization. - Work with predictive analytics: forecast LTV, retention, ROAS. - Develop analytics infrastructure: propose and implement tools that make the team faster and more accurate. - Verify incoming signals from producers, development, and UA with data: confirm or refute, localize the source of deviation and show what data indicates its causes. - Proactively track product metrics, compare them with each other and historical data, and promptly highlight significant deviations to the team with scale and context. - Draw conclusions and present them to the product team and stakeholders in simple and understandable language.

- Experience in game analytics for 6-7 years. - Proven expertise: cases where your conclusions influenced the product. - Deep understanding of games: mechanics, metrics, monetization (IAP + Ads), balance. - Confident SQL (complex queries, optimization). - Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). - Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI or analogues. - Understanding of statistics and probability theory, experience in conducting A/B tests. - Experience building analytics processes from scratch or in environments without infrastructure. - Willingness to work without ready-made predictive models and build them independently. - Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.
