Ardor Media seeks a Lead AI Video to oversee AI video production, manage AI artists, and develop production pipelines. Remote, full-time, salary 1200–1500 €.

Ardor Media has been creating advertising creatives for major publishers and mobile game and app developers for over six years. They are looking for a head of AI-video direction. Tasks: — control the quality of AI generations and finished videos; — give feedback to AI artists; — analyze briefs and plan necessary shots; — maintain consistency of characters, environment, and style; — initially create full-cycle videos independently; — develop and implement production pipelines; — train the team; — reduce the number of iterations and production time.

— deep practical experience in AI-video production; — Kling, Seedance, Veo or similar models; — image generation and editing; — prompt engineering; — strong editing mindset; — Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar; — understanding of motion design and compositing; — experience in managing or training a team. ComfyUI, LoRA, open-source models, and creating reproducible AI workflows will be a big plus.
