Lead 3D Motion Designer needed for a 3D documentary channel project. Offers $2,000 NZD monthly base salary plus revenue share and a 48-month funding guarantee. Fully remote position.

Producer building a world-class 3D documentary channel focused on social issues and contemporary history. Seeking a founding partner for a high-intensity business. The project is fully funded by consultancy work, ensuring stability.

Mastery of 3D assembly and animation (Blender v5.1.0 strongly preferred). Ability to match technical benchmarks. Extreme determination, honesty, and a "thick skin" for rapid experimentation. 100% exclusive focus (no side gigs or other freelance projects allowed).
