Lead 1C Developer at IT company GNIVC, working on large state information systems. Salary 250-350k (net) + bonuses. Hybrid work model with office presence once a week.

GNIVC is an IT company developing the largest state information systems. We are actively working on the digitalization of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the implementation of advanced technologies for effective tax administration. The product "Tax Monitoring" is an add-on for configurations: "1C: Tax Monitoring", "1C:ERP. Holding Management", "1C:Holding Management".

• Participation in automation projects for corporate clients based on "1C:Holding Management" and/or "1C:ERP Holding Management" configurations, possibly projects on "1C:Document Management" and "1C:Accounting Enterprise" configurations; • Setting up and modernizing standard 1C functionality; • Development of new functionality and modification of existing functionality - execution of tasks set by analysts; • Solving problems that arise during the operation of the 1C program; • Participation in estimating labor costs according to tasks set by consultants/analysts; • Code quality control for compliance with 1C standards and development regulations; • Consulting less experienced colleagues, mentoring; • Managing a development team (1-2 people). We expect: • "1C:Platform Specialist" certificate is mandatory, "1C:Specialist" and "1C:Specialist-Consultant", "1C:Expert" certificates will be an advantage.
