Lead 1C Developer

Lead 1C Developer for large 1C implementation and support projects. Remote or office in Moscow/Orel. Salary from 150,000 RUB. Location: Russia/Belarus.

We are looking for a lead 1C developer for large implementation and support projects based on 1C: Holding Management and other configurations. Need a specialist who confidently works with typical configurations, can develop new blocks, modify existing functionality, solve integration tasks and participate in solution acceptance. Responsibilities: — Develop new blocks and modify typical 1C configurations; — Work with 1C: Holding Management, 1C: Accounting Enterprise / CORP; — Handle integration tasks; — Participate in acceptance testing; — Support users during trial testing and pilot operation; — Interact with customers and communicate in clear professional language.

— Experience as a 1C developer / lead developer from 2 years; — Experience specifically in an integrator or franchisee; — Participation in automation projects for large companies; — Confident knowledge of 1C: Accounting Enterprise CORP or 1C: Accounting Enterprise; — Experience with 1C: Holding Management, especially in regulated accounting; — Understanding of accounting and tax accounting will be a plus; — 1C: Professional / 1C: Specialist certificates and experience with 1C:SPPR are welcome.

— White salary: base salary + allowance; — Overtime paid at 1.5 / 2 rate; — Bonuses for obtaining company-relevant certificates; — Remote format, optionally office in Moscow or Orel; — Technical and manager interviews.
