Launch Manager at Insperia

Insperia, an online school for exam preparation, is looking for a Launch Manager to create and develop sales-driven educational events.

Develop and launch sales-driven educational events: webinars, marathons, and free mini-courses. Develop the concept and mechanics of launches to make events useful for students and convert to purchases. Manage the launch from idea to result, coordinating teachers, methodologists, design, CRM, performance, and technical team. Work with the launch funnel: attraction → registration → attendance → purchase, find growth points. Analyze launch results: registrations, sales, conversion, and ROI, and improve future launches based on data.
