L2 Technical Support Engineer for VK "Gazprom-Inform" Project
L2 Technical Support Engineer for VK "Gazprom-Inform" Project. Remote work with occasional office visits. Salary up to 90k RUB. Responsibilities include resolving user issues, handling Service Desk tickets, and creating documentation.
VK is looking for an L2 support engineer for the VK Workspace team. The product has a complex infrastructure and real requests from a large client. - Resolution of typical and non-standard service problems; - Consulting users on working with the service; - Acceptance and processing of Service Desk requests according to SLA; - Formation and updating of instructions for colleagues and users.
Experience in technical support (ServiceDesk / Help Desk) from 1 year (total experience from 3 years); - Knowledge of DNS: domain registration, delegation, resource record management; understanding of network protocols (OSI, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), DNS); - Knowledge of mail traffic mechanics (SMTP/POP3/MAPI/IMAP) and validation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC); - Confident knowledge of Linux; - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; - Experience with databases.
Work experience: from 3 years Location: Russian Federation, Moscow / Saint Petersburg. Work format: remote with the possibility of visiting the VK office / client site (visits are extremely rare, the last one was in 2024). Schedule: 5/2 (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Moscow time) Term: indefinite Education: secondary specialized / higher Salary: 70k according to Labor Code, 90k according to Individual Entrepreneur
