Content Manager for AI content agency ICG. Remote work, schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM Moscow time. Fixed salary 60-140K RUB + bonuses. Requires 3+ years of experience in SMM/Reels agency, English B1+.

- select the best scenarios from trends; - assign tasks to editors - clearly, the first time, without revisions; - check videos (catchy hook, dynamic inserts, the video looks lively and suits the industry and target audience); - grow accounts - understand what works and what to test to achieve growth.

- 3+ years of experience in an SMM agency or Reels agency or very good freelance case studies; - managed 5+ projects simultaneously; - watch Reels not as a viewer, but as an analyst; - able to set technical specifications and coordinate a team; - know English at B1+ level.
