Vacancy: 1C Support Consultant (2nd Line). Company: Solmix Consulting. Location: Saint Petersburg. Format: Remote or Hybrid. Salary: from 120 thousand net + bonus.

A Russian IT company, successfully implementing business automation software products since 2015 in Russia, CIS countries, and Europe based on SAP, 1C, and Bitrix solutions. Broad expertise in production automation, successful experience in implementing warehouse solutions, building and optimizing IT solutions in logistics, integration, and reporting. Responsibilities: • Consulting Client users on working with 1C:ERP products (regulated and management accounting) • Analyzing accounting errors in standard configurations, correcting them, or assigning tasks to a developer • Modeling accounting in the system and training users on new accounting models • Methodological support for users in accounting practices • Updating client's standard configurations • Configuring software products (reports, accounting policies, etc.) • Preparing instructions based on client requests • Documenting and describing errors for transfer to the 3rd line of support • Analyzing accounting business processes and formulating requirements

Candidate Expectations: • Experience as a 2nd line support consultant • Knowledge of 1C:ERP, 1C:KA, 1C:Accounting, 1C:UNF configurations (1C: ZUP - optional) • Knowledge of PBU and NK RF or the ability to navigate them • Ability to independently find methodological solutions for client requests • Ability to read code

Work Format: Remote or Hybrid Salary: fixed 120 thousand net + monthly bonus Employment: employment contract (or at the candidate's discretion - self-employed or civil contract)
