Our agency helps businesses with financial solutions. We are developing our digital direction and need a designer to package our services. Responsibilities: - Developing landing pages and individual pages - Creating Desktop and Mobile versions of websites - Developing prototypes in Figma - Working on interfaces and UI elements - Creating advertising banners and creatives - Improving existing layouts - Maintaining a consistent visual style - Handling edits and feedback from the team Initially, some tasks will be done according to ready-made technical specifications, with gradually increasing complexity.

Requirements: - Confident work in Figma - Understanding of composition and visual hierarchy - Basic UI/UX principles - Ability to work with Auto Layout and Components - Attention to detail Nice to have: - Portfolio with landing pages - Experience with real commercial tasks - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Commercial experience is not required.

Conditions: - Salary: 50,000-70,000 RUB on start (also mentioned 200,000 RUB with salary + %) - Remote work - Flexible schedule (about 4-5 hours per day on weekdays) - Growth in tasks and income as skills develop - Work in a team, opportunity to gain experience on real commercial projects
