Junior Web Designer

Junior Web Designer for a financial solutions agency. Remote, flexible schedule, salary 50,000–70,000 RUB.

Our agency provides financial solutions for businesses, offering suitable financial tools, analyzing current situations, and finding ways to optimize expenses. We are actively developing our digital direction and are looking for a designer to help package our services. Tasks: - Development of landing pages and individual pages; - Creating desktop and mobile versions of websites; - Developing prototypes in Figma; - Working on interfaces and individual UI elements; - Creating advertising banners and creatives; - Refining existing layouts; - Maintaining a consistent visual style across projects; - Working with edits and feedback from the team. At the start, some tasks will be done according to ready-made technical specifications, and project complexity will gradually increase.

Requirements: - Confident work in Figma; - Understanding of composition and visual hierarchy; - Understanding of basic UI/UX principles; - Ability to work with Auto Layout and Components; - Attention to detail. Nice to have: - Examples of landing pages in portfolio; - Experience with real commercial tasks; - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Commercial experience is not required. If you don't have much experience but have good educational or personal projects and understand the basics of web design, we are ready to consider your candidacy.

Conditions: - 50,000–70,000 RUB at start (salary + %); - Remote work across Russia; - Flexible schedule (approximately 4–5 hours per day on weekdays); - Growth of tasks and income as skills develop; - Work in a team and opportunity to gain experience on real commercial projects.
