Junior Web Designer

Junior Web Designer for a financial solutions agency. Remote, flexible schedule, 4-5 hours/day. Starting salary 50,000-70,000 RUB.

Our agency provides financial solutions for businesses. We offer financial tools, analyze current situations, and optimize expenses. Now we are expanding digital direction and need a designer to help package our services. Responsibilities: - Develop landing pages and individual pages; - Create Desktop and Mobile versions of websites; - Develop prototypes in Figma; - Work on interfaces and UI elements; - Create advertising banners and creatives; - Refine existing mockups; - Maintain consistent visual style; - Process feedback and revisions. At the start, tasks will be based on ready TZ, with gradually increasing complexity.

Requirements: - Confident work in Figma; - Understanding of composition and visual hierarchy; - Basic UI/UX principles; - Work with Auto Layout and Components; - Attention to detail. Plus: - Examples of landing pages in portfolio; - Experience with commercial tasks; - Basic HTML/CSS. Commercial experience is not required.

Conditions: - 50,000–70,000 RUB starting salary (salary + %); - Remote work; - Flexible schedule (~4-5 hours/day on weekdays); - Growth in tasks and income as skills develop; - Team work and real commercial project experience.
