Junior UX Editor for Customer Service
Avito is looking for a Junior UX Editor for Customer Service. Responsibilities include creating help articles, training chatbots, and improving support tools. Remote work.
The Customer Service UX Editorial team is responsible for the information ecosystem that reduces the need for support requests, improves the experience for users who do contact support, and for employees who handle these requests. We prepare articles for the "Help" section, "teach" support chatbots to communicate, prepare answers to the most complex user questions, and participate in the design of interfaces for support employees. We do all this by researching customer experience, relying on analytics and a scenario-based approach.
At least six months of experience as a UX Editor; Experience writing articles for the "Help" section or internal knowledge base; Ability to view a scenario "from above" and prepare a CJM for it.
