Junior Quality Control Specialist, Merchant Services and Payments Department

paytech is looking for a Junior Quality Control Specialist in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time office/flexible role in fintech payments, performing end-to-end testing and QC of payment methods. Competitive salary.

1+ years of experience in QA or QC within payments or related fintech sectors. Understanding of payment flows (cards, APMs, open banking, crypto). Basic knowledge of PSP dashboards, back-office systems, or QA tools (Postman, JIRA, Asana). Strong Excel skills or experience with data visualization tools (AR% analysis, decline reason analysis). Fluent Russian, English level B1+.
