Changellenge >> is a strategic HR partner for the largest companies working with talented youth. We create case championships, leadership programs, and Employer Branding projects for leading employers. We are looking for a Project Manager to implement projects on employer brand development and corporate culture. Responsibilities: - Implement Employer Branding projects turnkey - Develop EVP (employer value proposition) - Conduct employer brand research with analysts and sociologists - Launch marketing projects to promote the employer brand - Coordinate cross-functional team work - Plan project timing, set technical specifications, and maintain project log - Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partnerships

Experience as a project manager or account manager from 1 year (mandatory in creative/branding/research directions) Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, preferably in agency-format companies Ability to build communication with clients and team Responsibility, quick thinking, and result orientation Nice to have: - Experience with Employer Branding projects - English at B2 level
