Junior Product Manager (MTS Leader Program)

MTS Leader Program for aspiring product managers. Work on real AI projects, fast-track to management. Office in Moscow, full-time, salary 160,000 RUB/month.

The MTS Leader program is at the intersection of business and AI for those who want to start a career in one of the strongest teams in the market. During the program you will: - Work on a real AI project: launching a new product, developing an existing one, or transforming business processes; - Defend projects before top managers; - Develop management skills and AI expertise.

Expectations: - At least 1 year of experience in digital products, services, or project work; - Experience in developing a product or individual features, working with user tasks, hypotheses, and product metrics; - Practical experience using AI tools in work or project tasks; - Experience creating prototypes/MVPs, chatbots, voice assistants, or other solutions at the intersection of product and AI; - Understanding of UX/UI and prototyping skills; - Figma, Python, SQL, as well as experience with data, ML, or automation will be an advantage.
