Junior Performance / Growth Marketer

$500

International digital company seeks junior specialist for performance marketing in US/Europe. Salary: $500 fixed + KPI, remote full-time.

Launch and scale ad campaigns in the US and Europe; analyze traffic, funnels, CPL, ROI, and find growth points; test hypotheses, creatives, and landing pages; use AI, no-code/low-code, and automation tools; optimize campaigns and improve profitability.

Experience launching ads/traffic in company, freelance, or own projects in white niches; interest in numbers, analytics, and experiments; use ChatGPT/Claude and other AI tools at work; plus: experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, affiliate/leadgen/e-commerce.

$500 fixed at start + KPI; remote from anywhere (full-time 10:00–18:00 Moscow time); projects in US and European markets; opportunity to grow to Team Lead in ~1 year with strong results; paid practical stage.
