Junior Motion Designer

Appercut is looking for a Junior Motion Designer to create advertising creatives for mobile apps. Remote, USD-pegged compensation, Mon-Fri 9:30-18:30 GMT+2. AI tools and performance marketing focus.

Appercut is a product IT company with Polish roots that creates and develops proprietary mobile apps used by millions worldwide. The company is looking for a Junior Motion Designer to create advertising creatives, test new hypotheses, implement bold ideas, actively work with AI, and see how videos drive results.

After Effects: confident work with Speed Graph, keyframes, scripts, and perfect order in projects. Photoshop (Base): Pen Tool, masks, and quick cleanup of AI artifacts. Design fundamentals: sense of composition, color, typography, and rhythm in frame. AI experience: practice with neural networks and understanding how to refine a prompt to the desired result. Experience: 1+ year in-house or 2+ years freelance. Nice to have: English B1+; experience in advertising creatives for Health & Fitness or mobile apps.
