Junior Instructional Designer (Methodologist)

Otus is looking for a junior instructional designer (methodologist) for remote full-time work to support course quality and update educational programs.

The specialist will help maintain course quality, update educational programs and materials, and support re-runs of training programs in coordination with the course lead and producer. Responsibilities include: controlling course quality and compliance with requirements; updating, editing, and developing educational programs according to FGOS; curating training programs on re-runs; creating and updating educational materials such as instructions, guides, summaries, longreads, checklists, and books; preparing materials for students, teachers, and staff.
