• Consult clients on product setup and functionality; • Verify bug reproduction on a test environment; • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to company products and adjacent systems; • Investigate client-reported errors, find workarounds, and collaborate with the team for full resolution; • Communicate with the development team, engineers, and other departments to solve client problems; • Study company products and solutions to enhance expertise and solution quality; • Handle on-site customer requests without site visits.
• Specialized education in Information Security; • Linux (user level); • Basic knowledge of databases and networks; • Knowledge of core Information Security product categories; • Basic knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
