We are SnapJoy Games, a small team focused on creating atmospheric and narrative-driven games. One of our projects is Anvil Saga (revenue ~$1.2M). We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior 3D Artist. About the project (briefly): We are developing Derailed - a body-horror game in a Lovecraftian setting. The story unfolds around a medical train during a war, where the player encounters anomalies and distorted reality. Work format: Small team (6 people), minimal bureaucracy, work through sprints and deadlines. Flexible schedule, direct communication. There is support and regular feedback from the art director.
