First two months, together with W (AI), you manage a Telegram channel about Moscow construction for a client, with 100k+ subscribers. - Manage the client: stay in touch with the channel team, understand their needs, and deliver texts on time. - Review a lot: W writes drafts of news and posts; you decide what reaches the reader. - Teach W: leave comments and edits, and the system learns from them. - Monitor what W knows and replenish its database: market news, sources, facts. Later: - Create strong materials for developers and interview top development executives. - Edit professional real estate market analytics prepared by our AI products, published by many media.

- Deep knowledge of real estate is key: know the new builds market, read industry media, and distinguish strong analytics from press releases. - Neural networks are a regular work tool; you see where the model confidently lies. - Responsible and attentive: meet deadlines without reminders, spot errors in numbers on first read. - Want to grow: from channel to analytics, interviews, and big materials.

Trial period: two months, 60,000 RUB per month. Contract with self-employed or individual entrepreneur. Remote work. Top-tier Claude subscription paid by company and training on it.
