Java Team Lead

Java Team Lead for SAP import substitution project at OTR2000, office in Surgut, salary 2000-3100 RUB/hour net (up to 500k RUB net), full-time.

Project: Surgutneftegas. SAP import substitution program with framework contract and budget. Within DKI 'Integration', an integration bus is being developed (refined). Need to strengthen the 'Corporate Data Bus' direction. Role: Team Lead with technical background (project administrator), permanently located in Surgut. Tasks: - Coordinate integration work in vendor-customer-developer model. - Maintain integration registries and control their relevance. - Manage developer team (Java, JavaScript, Apache Kafka). - Provide technical leadership and coordination for integration bus refinement. - Interact with 'Integration' direction head and related teams. - Control deadlines and quality of integration work. - Participate in architectural solutions under VK+ platform requirements.

Experience: - Commercial development as Team Lead from 2 years; - Technical background in development (Java) from 4 years; - Experience coordinating integration work in vendor-customer-developer model from 1 year; - Experience maintaining integration registries from 1 year; - Experience managing developer teams (Java, JavaScript, Apache Kafka) from 2 years; - Understanding of integration solutions architecture and corporate data buses; - Experience with vendors and customers; - Experience in SAP import substitution programs from 1 year; - Understanding of VK+ platform (advantage) - ready cloud solution within custom development.

Office in Surgut; Registration via individual entrepreneur (IP) or fixed-term employment contract under Labor Code; Salary: from 2000 to 3100 RUB/hour net; Compensation for housing rental in Surgut (included in rate); Payment: under IP contract monthly (payment by 20th of month following reporting month), under fixed-term contract twice a month on 10th and 25th; Engagement period: until December 2027.
