Development of credit process automation tasks Development of backend expertise Participation in the development of a product for small business lending Formation and implementation of best practices Validation of architectural hypotheses Designing solutions, including detailed service architecture development Code Review Interviewing and mentoring newcomers

Experience from 3 years Solid knowledge of Java core, Spring framework (web, security, data jpa, cache, test, etc.), Spring Cloud stack, Hibernate, Open API, unit tests, basic design patterns Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL databases Experience in code reviews, incident analysis, task decomposition and distribution Understanding of Messaging (Kafka, Artemis MQ) Experience developing for application servers Ability to independently and deeply explore the subject area
