IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer at a Cyprus-based company in Limassol. Provide L2 support, administer GitLab, Google Cloud IAM, and automate tasks. Full-time, on-site.

What you'll do: • Provide L2 support company-wide and local IT for the Limassol office. • Administer GitLab, Google Cloud IAM, and internal tool access. • Automate recurring manual tasks and improve efficiency. • Manage macOS and Windows fleet compliance, office network, and AV systems. • Oversee Jira and Confluence administration and integrations.

What we expect: • 4+ years in IT support/system administration; 2+ years L2 experience. • Proficiency in Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune. • Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewall). • Experience with Jira and Confluence administration. • Fluent English and strong communication skills. Nice to have: • Russian language skills and hands-on Fortinet experience. • Scripting for automation (Bash, Python, Google Apps Script). • Experience with AI tooling integration in support workflows.
