IT Project Portfolio Manager

IT HOSTLINE seeks an IT Project Portfolio Manager to oversee six VPN and Proxy projects, coordinating in-house and contractor teams. Requires 5+ years of experience, remote work, and a six-day workweek.

IT HOSTLINE is developing six projects (VPN and Proxy: mobile app, PC version, browser extensions). Part of the team (design, backend, beta testing) is on IT HOSTLINE's side. Part of the team - front-end development, testing - is on the contractor's side (mobile development studio). Responsibilities: • Coordinate the work of customer and contractor teams, eliminate misalignment between them • Collect, form, and prioritize requirements from business customers within the company • Agree and approve requirements with the development team • Maintain backlog/roadmap for each of the 6 projects • Control compliance of implementation with approved requirements • Decide on app readiness for release • Agree on deadlines • Manage budget and control contractor costs (deadlines, hours, cost of revisions) • Change management — assess the impact of new requirements on deadlines/budget • Weekly reporting to the business customer

• 5+ years of experience • Experience managing cross-functional teams • Experience working with external contractors • Understanding of the mobile development lifecycle (including publishing to App Store/Google Play) • Experience in similar projects is mandatory (VPN) • Experience in forming and prioritizing requirements

• Six-day workweek (Mon-Sat) • Remote format • Eight-hour workday (GMT+3)
