AMA is looking for an IT Project Manager for a hybrid role in Moscow. Salary: 160,000 – 180,000 RUB. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, planning sprints, coordinating development teams, and controlling project progress.

Responsibilities: – Gather requirements from the business and turn them into technical specifications for the mobile team – Plan sprints, estimate resources and deadlines – Coordinate mobile developers, backend, and QA – Monitor progress (Yandex Tracker / Jira), prepare releases – Demonstrate functionality to clients, gather feedback – Report project status every 2 weeks

Requirements: – PM experience in mobile development of 2-3 years

– Official employment, Labor Code of the Russian Federation, white salary – 5/2 (10 AM – 7 PM) hybrid schedule – Office near Savelovskaya / Dmitrovskaya metro station (rooftop terrace) – Voluntary medical insurance with dental care after 3 months of probation – Young team, casual dress code, coffee/cookies/yoga on the roof – 100% sick leave pay (up to 14 days/year) + 3 paid days off
