IT Lead (Operational CRM / CIB Bank)
IT Lead for Operational CRM at CIB Bank. Responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team, designing architecture, and managing backlog. Requires 2+ years of TeamLead experience in Agile, microservices architecture, and performance optimization. Salary up to 310,000 RUB net (IP/Self-employed). Remote, Russia.
— Lead a cross-functional team for Operational CRM. — Manage and prioritize the backlog, adapting plans to business needs. — Design system architecture from scratch and develop current solutions. — Decompose tasks, describe User Stories, and align results with stakeholders. — Control deadlines, ensure production stability, and motivate the team. — Promote the product within the bank (CIB block).
Must have: — 2+ years of TeamLead experience in Agile teams. — Deep experience in microservices architecture design. — Experience in system performance optimization. — Ability to create a product roadmap and clear technical specifications for development. — Skills in multitasking and working with multiple clients. Nice to have: — Experience in the banking sector (especially CIB/Legal Entities). — Background in Java development. — Practical experience with Postgres and Kafka.
Location and citizenship: Russian Federation, Moscow (Remote). Rate: up to 310,000 RUB net (IP/Self-employed). Term: from 1 year (monthly payment).
