IT Copywriter

Remote project-based IT copywriter to create articles, landing pages, cases, and technical blogs on cloud migration, backup, and disaster recovery. Requires 1-3 years of copywriting experience, 1+ year in IT, and portfolio.

We are strengthening our marketing team and looking for a copywriter to create texts about complex technical products accurately and convincingly. We need someone who can speak the same language as engineers and translate complex technical information into clear and engaging content for our clients and partners. Format of cooperation: project-based work on a contract basis (not full-time), with a focus on long-term cooperation. Responsibilities: - Write articles, landing pages, cases, technical blogs, and materials for the website - Prepare texts about the company's products: cloud migration, backup and disaster recovery - Adapt information from engineers and product managers into clear and convincing texts for various channels - Participate in preparing press releases, white papers, email newsletters, presentations - Work closely with marketing, product team, and technical experts - Maintain a unified brand tone of voice and monitor terminology accuracy

Requirements: - 1-3 years of copywriting experience, including at least 1 year in IT - Proven experience writing texts about complex IT products: cloud technologies, virtualization, Docker, Kubernetes, backup solutions, disaster recovery, information security, etc. - Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate with engineers in their language - Competent written language, ability to explain complex things simply and clearly - Willingness for long-term cooperation on a project/contract basis - Portfolio with examples of IT-related texts (mandatory for application) Nice to have: - Experience writing texts in English - Technical education or IT background
