We are looking for an expert with deep insight into retail processes, capable of designing planogram logic from scratch. This project is for those who don't just implement ready-made solutions, but understand the physics of product placement and can create an effective tool for a specific client's needs. Responsibilities: • Designing product placement logic: describing algorithms, setting priorities and display rules. • Working with planogram engines: integration, customization, and adaptation to business requirements. • Developing architectural requirements for planogram creation and editing tools from scratch. • Participating in system testing in the absence of a reference model. • Optimizing merchandising processes based on expert experience and market best practices.

• Experience with implemented projects for creating or developing planogram rendering interfaces. • Deep knowledge of merchandising processes and product adjacency rules. • Experience in designing automatic product placement algorithms. • Ability to independently lead a project from scratch – from requirements gathering to architecture finalization. • Experience working with ready-made planogram engines (writing integrations, customizing functionality).
