Senior AQA Engineer with Java skills for a retail project. Full-time, remote. Salary: 200,000 - 250,000 RUB net. Focus on increasing automation coverage in order assembly and dispatch.

We are looking for a specialist to strengthen the development team in a key area – 'Order Assembly and Dispatch'. This is a high-load logistics block with a microservice architecture. The goal is to increase the automation share from the current 20% to 60% by the end of the year. Tasks: *Testing the functionality of 'Order Assembly and Dispatch' (functional, integration, E2E). *Work ratio of manual testing / automation - 80/20 with a plan to reach 60/40 by the end of the year. *Performing regression testing. *Validating requirements (including identifying implicit ones) at early stages. *Assisting the team lead in improving team efficiency from a testing perspective (processes, metrics, tools). *On-call duty in L4 support (weekdays during the day) - resolving complex incidents, reproducing issues, interacting with development.

Experience in testing (manual + automated) from 3 years. Solid knowledge of testing theory and basic test design practices. Experience in functional, integration, and E2E testing. Understanding of testing specifics in different development methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall). Experience in building testing processes from scratch or global restructuring. Understanding of testing specifics in a microservice architecture. Good skills in identifying implicit requirements. Technical skills: SQL: CRUD, JOIN of various types. REST: solid knowledge, experience in API testing (manual + automation). WEB testing (mandatory), Mobile testing (desirable). Java Core / Kotlin - solid knowledge. Automation frameworks: Selenium / Playwright, Rest-assured. Test frameworks: JUnit / TestNG / KTest or similar. Knowledge of basic software and autotest design patterns (Page Object, Builder, Factory, etc.). Understanding of application build systems (Maven / Gradle). Understanding of the basic principles of building automation framework architectures. Experience in building test automation from scratch. Will be a plus: *Leading testing in one of the areas. *Building testing processes from scratch or global restructuring.

Participation in the development of critically important business functionality. Opportunity to influence processes and the ratio of manual/automated testing.
