HSE Online is an online campus of HSE with online bachelor's and master's programs. They are looking for an internet marketer with a strong technical background and focus on lead generation, analytics, automation and digital channel development. Responsibilities: — develop SEO: manage contractors, participate in strategy and handle tasks independently when needed; — work with email and CRM marketing, set up workflows and help the content team with the technical part; — assign tasks to Yandex Direct contractors, monitor and optimize campaigns; — participate in AI tools development: chat and voice agents, lead processing automation, scoring and analytics; — work with Tilda landing pages and WordPress blog; — analyze funnels and channel effectiveness via Roistat, Yandex Metrica and Bitrix24; — prepare analytics on leads, conversion and channel effectiveness; — interact with the sales department and manage sprint tasks; — assign tasks to and control contractors for SEO, GEO, context, design and layout; — in future participate in A/B tests.

— 2+ years of experience as an internet marketer; — confident Tilda skills; — understanding of the acquisition funnel and end-to-end analytics principles; — experience with Yandex Metrica; — ability to work with contractors and technical tasks; — confident Excel skills. Nice to have: — experience in EdTech or educational projects; — experience with Bitrix24; — experience with Roistat; — understanding of A/B testing.
