Internet Marketer (Middle)

HSE Online (HSE University Online Campus) is looking for a Middle Internet Marketer to manage lead generation, traffic, Yandex Direct/SEO/CRM marketing, and AI tools. Hybrid in Moscow. Salary discussed individually.

Project: HSE Online, a large EdTech project within a leading university. Responsibilities: - Manage lead generation, conversion, and traffic. - Supervise contractors for contextual advertising (Yandex Direct), SEO, GEO, and blog content. - Set up Email and CRM marketing workflows and assist the content team with technical tasks. - Participate in implementing AI tools: voice and chat agents, lead processing automation, scoring, and deal analytics. - Work with Tilda landing pages and WordPress blog (task setting for contractors and minor manual edits). - Work with end-to-end and web analytics (Roistat, Yandex Metrica) and analyze the funnel in Bitrix24. - Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and channel ROI. - Participate in A/B testing. - Interact with the sales department and manage sprint tasks on a Kanban board.

- At least 2 years of experience as an Internet Marketer (Middle level). - Confident work with Tilda. - Deep understanding of the acquisition funnel and principles of end-to-end analytics. - Practical experience with Yandex Metrica. - Confident Excel skills for data analysis. - Experience in setting tasks for technical contractors and monitoring their execution. Nice to have: - Relevant experience in EdTech or online education. - Experience with CRM Bitrix24 and Roistat end-to-end analytics service. - Understanding of A/B testing methodology.

- Salary is discussed individually based on the interview results. - Hybrid format: 2 days per week in the office, remaining days remote. - Office in central Moscow (Staraya Basmannaya St., near Kurskaya / Krasnye Vorota metro stations). - Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00. - Large and stable EdTech project within a leading university. - Access to data with minimal bureaucracy and the ability to directly influence decisions. - Adequate expectations without the role of a one-man orchestra, transparent processes, and a strong team.
