In addition to the main focus, there is a seasonal project 'Master Yolkin' — selling premium New Year trees in St. Petersburg. We focus on high quality of products, service, and client experience, and hold leading positions in our niche. We are looking for a strong marketer to help develop 'Master Yolkin', increase targeted traffic and sales, and in the future, join marketing tasks of other company directions. Tasks: • SEO promotion of the website and increasing organic traffic. • Attracting target audience through advertising channels. • Developing and implementing marketing strategy. • Analyzing channel effectiveness, conversions, and customer acquisition costs. • Optimizing sales funnel and increasing conversion. • Testing marketing hypotheses and scaling effective solutions. • Preparing and implementing a promotion plan for the high season.

• At least 3 years of experience in internet marketing. • Confident knowledge of SEO and traffic acquisition tools. • Skills in web analytics: Yandex Metrica or similar. • Understanding of performance marketing, advertising channels, and budget optimization principles. • Data analysis skills, assessing marketing effectiveness, and finding growth points. • Independence, initiative, and result orientation. • Developed communication skills and ability to argue one's position. • Responsibility, diligence, and systematic approach to work.
