We are looking for a manager of internal communications at VGK! Location: Moscow. Opportunity to influence how a large company communicates with employees, conveys its goals and unites people around common meanings. Eastern Mining Company is the largest coal mining holding on Sakhalin. We have a high pace, large-scale tasks and a large audience - from production sites to top management. We are looking for a person who can see the big picture behind individual news, events and special projects - and build a communication system that works for business goals. Responsibilities: Develop internal channels and corporate media, build systematic work with content; Form a unified company narrative and convey key meanings to different audiences; Launch communication campaigns and special projects, linking creative ideas with business tasks; Organize events - from direct lines with management to sports and children's parties; Develop digital tools and automate communication processes using AI.

A person with 3+ years of experience in communications, PR, marketing or event organization. You can think systematically, work with different audiences, independently manage projects from idea to result and evaluate their impact. Important: strategic thinking, strong writing skills, creativity, independence and readiness to use AI in work.

Salary: from 200,000–250,000 RUB net, everything is negotiable.
