Internal Audit Manager

Internal Audit Manager position in a company, focusing on operational audits across warehouse logistics, back office, and e-commerce; requires 6+ years of internal audit experience and expertise in Retail, Logistics, and/or E-commerce.

Planning and conducting operational audits in various functional areas, including warehouse logistics, back office, and e-commerce processes; Forming annual and operational audit plans, identifying priority areas based on business risks; Preparing analytical reports and presentation materials for management based on audit results; Conducting risk assessment and in-depth analysis for new business initiatives and large-scale changes; Interacting with business units to improve process efficiency, internal controls, and risk management; Developing methodology, tools, and approaches, implementing best practices, and enhancing the internal audit function.

Experience in internal audit from 6 years, including project management; Expertise in Retail, Logistics, and/or E-commerce; Deep understanding of business processes and financial-operational metrics; Strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets; Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex models; Full-cycle audit experience; Strong communication and presentation skills, experience interacting with C-level; Proactivity, strategic thinking, and ability to influence decisions.
