We are looking for an advertising manager-analyst who lives in the dashboards daily, manages bids, tests hypotheses, and strictly controls the advertising cost of sales (ACoS). You work with dozens of SKUs, know how to distribute budgets between products, scale strong positions, and disable weak ones immediately without waiting for the reporting day. Responsibilities: Daily advertising management: - Management of internal WB/Ozon advertising campaigns - Daily optimization of bids and impressions: achieve maximum impressions at the minimum possible bid. - Maintaining efficiency during scaling. Work with hypotheses and tests: - Tests: bids, campaign types, budget allocation, SKU priority. - Documenting findings, implementing successful solutions, quickly discarding weak strategies. Strategies and planning: - Development of strategies for SKU groups, categories, seasonality. - Achieving sales targets with strict control of ACoS. Analytics and reporting: - Regular analysis of metrics: ACoS, orders, CPC, CR, ROI. - Dynamics by SKU — identifying "heroes" and "underperforming" products. - Brief reports: what was done, what results were achieved, what changes are planned next. - Recommendations and next action plan. What will be the result of your work: - Growth in turnover without uncontrolled expense increases. - ACoS within the specified corridor. - No budget waste. - Clear logic for budget allocation. - All decisions are justified by numbers.
