Intern in AI Infrastructure Frontend Development Team (Yandex 360)

Internship at Yandex for frontend developer in AI infrastructure team. Office in Moscow. Work on MCP server, AI-friendly documentation, and prompt management systems.

Responsibilities: - Improve MCP server: extend functionality, add tools for searching and retrieving detailed component information (props, API, examples) to help AI assistants work better with the library. - Develop an analog of Context7 for Yandex 360: build a system that automatically indexes and provides documentation for internal Yandex 360 packages in an AI-optimized format, collecting data from repositories and serving via MCP/API. - Create a system for managing rules and prompts for AI assistants: centralized storage of versioned prompts and behavior rules, with inheritance and automatic context substitution. - Generate AI-friendly documentation: create CI/CD pipelines and scripts that automatically generate documentation from source code in a format convenient for AI agents, including compact signatures, metadata, and examples.

Requirements: - Strong knowledge of TypeScript - Experience with AI code assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) used daily in real projects - Understanding of how AI agents work and how to use context window effectively - Ability to identify when an agent lacks context and know how to fix it - Ability to explain the difference between good and bad prompts with examples Nice to have: - Experience developing MCP servers - Experience with Figma API or other design tools - Understanding of CI/CD processes and automation setup - Knowledge of design system architecture and UI libraries (prop API, tokens, theming)
