Intern Designer in Internal Communications Team

Intern Designer in Sber internal communications team. Create visual materials, presentations, email/Telegram visuals, AI-generated content. Requires portfolio, Figma, PowerPoint. Office-based, min 20 hours/week.

Project: Sber internal communications team. Responsibilities: - Develop visual materials for employees: emails, memos, instructions, pages and landing pages on the internal Pulse portal. - Create materials for game and engagement mechanics: illustrations, cards, GIF animations, short videos and other interactive formats. - Develop and design presentations: structure slides, visualize information, work with text, diagrams, photos and graphics. - Prepare visuals for internal communication channels: email newsletters, Telegram channel, plasma screens and other corporate platforms. - Develop visual style and materials for a large annual employee contest. - Use AI tools to create and process images, videos, animations and other creative materials.

Requirements: - Currently studying full-time in graphic, communication, multimedia or web design, or taking specialized courses. - Ability to devote at least 20 hours per week. - Portfolio with academic, personal or commercial works. - Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, color and visual hierarchy. - Proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint, basic skills in graphic editors. - Attentiveness, responsibility, visual awareness and desire to develop.
