Influencer Marketing Manager at Blank VPN: remote full-time outside Russia/Belarus, salary negotiable. International product IT company seeks a marketer to manage the full cycle of paid creator advertising on Russian-speaking and international markets.

We are an international product IT company with hundreds of thousands of users worldwide and are looking for a strong, ambitious influencer marketer. Your task is to efficiently and measurably organize and deliver the full cycle of buying advertising from creators in Russian-speaking and international markets. We need someone who works hands-on across the entire acquisition cycle: finding creators, negotiations, developing and testing creatives, performance analysis, etc. Responsibilities: • Organize the influencer channel so that ad placements are effective • Find suitable influencers and channels for paid placements on YouTube, Telegram and other social networks, including agencies, special projects and ambassador programs • Analyze and vet creators and channels before a deal • Negotiate formats, deadlines, prices, discounts and bonus placements • Create advertising concepts with the team or independently and run tests • Track campaign performance and post-placement results • Plan the advertising procurement budget and be responsible for its effectiveness

• 3+ years of buying advertising from creators, including in international markets • Successful cases supported by real numbers and facts • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms • Ability to create and test effective advertising concepts • Independence: able to run the whole deal from finding a creator to post-campaign analytics • Fluent Russian and English (B2+) Nice to have: • An existing network of creators and agencies • Experience promoting a technically complex subscription product
