Responsibilities: - Search and select bloggers for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts - Negotiate, agree formats and prices, place ads - Control publication and blogger compliance - Track each placement: cost, clicks, activations, ROI - Analyze results, find working combinations and formats - Manage ad budget - Gradually build system: blogger database, regulations, processes

Experience buying blogger ads for 1+ year Understanding how to calculate ROI: not only reach, but cost of attracting a paying user Ability to check accounts for inflated metrics Self-sufficiency — readiness to build a process, not wait for ready instructions Discipline in tracking: all placements and results are recorded Nice to have: - Experience with digital products, apps, bots - Work with English-speaking bloggers
