HR Specialist at JSC 'Pechatny Dom AVISS', salary from 90,000 RUB, full-time office job in Moscow, handling full HR records management, reporting, and military registration.

Manage full HR document flow: hiring, dismissal, transfer, additional agreements, timekeeping, business trips, sick leaves, vacation schedules, overwork and shift work, staffing schedule, issuing HR certificates and certified copies.Control maintenance and storage of work books, organize and control electronic labor activity data.Prepare various reports including SZV-TD, average headcount reports, and internal HR reports.Work with foreign citizens.Represent company in government bodies including employment center.Participate in occupational safety work.Develop local regulations independently and with manager, keep them current and amend per RF legislation.Maintain statistical and other HR department reports.Maintain military registration in the company.

At least 3 years of similar experience in this position.Experience developing internal organizational documents (Regulations, Rules, Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering) from scratch.Drafting employment contracts and civil law contracts, job descriptions, orders, staffing schedules, timekeeping.Generating reports for government bodies.HR records management at a manufacturing enterprise with 250+ employees and multiple legal entities.Excellent knowledge of labor legislation, personal data legislation, occupational safety legislation.Proficient user of 1C, ZUP, MS Office (Excel, Word).
