Full-cycle HR administration for 3 legal entities (up to 200 people). Maintaining HR records in 1C. Knowledge of migration law for managing foreign employees. Maintaining military records. Experience in developing local regulatory acts within labor law. Compiling and controlling staffing schedules. Preparing document copies upon employee requests (certificates, letters, copies of work records, etc.). Consulting employees on Russian labor law issues.

Higher education; advanced training courses are a plus. At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, full-cycle HR management. Good knowledge of Russian labor law and ability to apply it. Experience with 1C ZUP 8.3. Confident user of Consultant Plus. Knowledge of military records. Knowledge of migration records.
